Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 48-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 48 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.
Financial
It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We also offer financing options through CareCredit to help with out-of-pocket expenses. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.
Discounts
We are happy to extend a 5% discount for patients under age 62 and a 10% discount for patients 62 and over when the account balance is paid in full on date of service.
Insurance
Dental insurance is accepted and filed, as a courtesy, as soon as the procedure is completed. If you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance card so we can put a copy in your file. Please be aware that you are responsible for all charges, whether or not paid by insurance. Our policy is to collect deductibles, co-pays and any non-covered services at the time of service.
As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
